Summary - What did you learn?

 From the class of September 26 I learned how to estimate with decimals numbers.
This means that I can round up a decimal number to the nearest whole number to estimate products, quotiens,additions and subtractions.

 For example:

  131.84 ÷ 9.8

 Rounded to:

 132 ÷ 10= 13.2

Summary - What did you learn? From the class of 25 of September I learned how to write decimal numbers in expanded form and how to name the different places and values of a number like thousand, hundred, tens and ones before the decimal point and tenths, hundredths and thousandths after the decimal point. For example the number 357.268 Expanded form:  300 + 50 + 7 + 0.2 + 0.06 + 0.008  Places: 3 hundreds 5 tens 7 ones 2 tenths 6 hundredths 8 thousandths
